This association, also based on the Christian belief, have been devoted to the holistic care for children, women, the elderly, the physically and mentally handicapped, and other disadvantaged groups by integrating various resources from the government and all walks of life. It also has the project to deliver food to old people, who tended to live alone in remote areas. The organization published its own social impact report in the follow year, Social Impact Report of Holistic Care Association of Good Shepherd Church of Christ, while the project goes on till now.

Now we keep working with Jing Chuan Child Safety Fundation, Children Are Us Foundation., Taiwan Fund for Children and Families, Modern Women’s Foundation and enterprises such as Carrefour, hoping to assist them with solid and systematic yearly social impact ESG reports. After working on some systems like SROI, DV, and SRS, we regard SRS as the best way to do impact assessment for Taiwanese units.

One is Mustard Seed Mission, an NPO that builds a supportive network in the community to help the needy. Based on the teaching of God, it has been committed to creating an everlasting, peaceful, and joyful world in the long run. In 2018, Foundation of Women’s Rights Promotion and Development initiated a project, Creating a Friendly Ecosystem of Social Enterprises – Developing NPO Communities, under a grant agreement from Ministry of Health and Welfare. The purpose of this project is to make SRS (Social Reporting Standard), widely used in Germany, a popular impact assessment tool for organizations in Taiwan. It was also expected that NPOs, social enterprises and cooperatives in Taiwan are able to use this tool to access their social impact. The project period is from March to Dec. of 2018. By the end of 2018, we published Guide Book of Social Reporting Standard as a tool to conduct the social impact reports of other projects. We later on conducted a new project TIWS. TIWS Project was sponsored by Foundation of Women’s Rights Promotion and Development, aimed to assist women in tribes of Pingtung and Taitung to revitalize their communities and become financially independent, after a disastrous typhoon, by making colored glaze and handcrafted work. After the project was completed, we used Guide Book of Social Reporting Standard as a tool to finish Social Impact Report of TIWS – Changes in Paridrayan Tribe.
